Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Custom Dog Beds, we specialize in providing high-quality, custom-made pet products designed specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds:

  1. No Cancellations
    Once an order is placed and production has begun, cancellations are not permitted. All products are custom-made to your specifications, and as such, orders cannot be canceled at any time, including after delivery.

  2. Refunds & Defective Items
    We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer require the product. However, under Australian Consumer Law, if an item is found to be defective, you are entitled to a remedy. If you believe your product has a defect, you must notify us at Custom Dog Beds within 7 days of receiving the item.

  3. Defective Item Process
    If the product is deemed defective after our review, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Custom Dog Beds will be provided with an efficient timeframe to replace the defective product. This process will continue until a non-defective product is delivered. Please note that a defective item does not warrant a cancellation of the order.

  4. Australian Consumer Law Compliance
    As per Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if the product has a major problem. A "major problem" includes significant faults that would prevent the item from being used as intended. Minor defects that can be reasonably repaired or replaced do not warrant a refund or cancellation. Custom Dog Beds will address any product defects in line with these laws.

  5. Exclusions
    This policy applies to all custom-made items. General wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by pets does not qualify as a defect under this policy.
